Vice President, Service

Adam Blankenbiller evangelizes for Bellwether clients. He has spent his years here ensuring that every client is given exceptional service and has a great experience working with the Bellwether team. As Vice President of Service, Adam oversees client relationships, reviews the work the technicians perform for clients, provides for transparency in the company’s service level commitments, and exhibits accessibility and diplomacy in resolving any issues. He also oversees project management  and much of the high-level technical work that Bellwether performs.

Adam joined Bellwether in 2009 as the company’s first employee. He had previously spent several years working with Dan as a Business Analyst at the Fresno-based headquarters of a national staffing firm, where he provided technical support to on-site and remote team members. Adam is well-versed in Microsoft technologies, SQL databases, and other hardware and software.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Technology from California State University, Fresno, where he was a member of the national leadership and honors organization Sigma Alpha Lambda. He is also a Microsoft certified professional. A California native, Adam was born and raised in Dana Point, California and played competitive baseball through high school. His hobbies include snowboarding, wakeboarding, CrossFit and camping.

Dan Donathan founded Bellwether in 2008 with the vision of helping businesses get the most out of their technology, and since day one, he has been achieving that vision through long-lasting, collaborative partnerships with clients. Today, he continues to align exemplary IT support with strategic IT objectives and customer-focused methodologies to ensure that each client’s success story remains the sole path to revenue growth for Bellwether. Dan is actively involved in Bellwether’s client relationships, IT project rollouts and technical support services. He leverages over 20 years of IT management experience in helping clients outline long-term technology goals, and he enjoys the diversity of interacting with clients across many different industries.

Prior to founding Bellwether, Dan held a seat at the executive table for Fresno-based PrideStaff, where he earned respect from the team as a technology visionary and a customer-centric leader. In his role as Chief Information Officer, he defined and executed a strategic vision for the company based on the concept of a service-aligned organization, architected a highly scalable IT infrastructure to support an aggressive corporate growth strategy, hired and trained over half a dozen IT professionals, fostered client relationships, and managed business-critical technology projects. Before PrideStaff, he worked for a local IT consulting firm as a Systems and Network consultant, quickly gaining rank as the company’s most senior consultant during his seven-year tenure.

Dan is a seasoned Information Technology professional. He began his IT career as a Computer Technician for a major retailer but has been passionate about technology for as long as he can remember. Dan maintains an extensive portfolio of technical credentials. He possesses superior knowledge and has demonstrated proficiency in scores of Microsoft products, both on the server side and the client side, as well as server architecture and maintenance, systems and network administration, LAN/WAN setup and management, Citrix rollouts and maintenance, Internet technologies, database-driven platforms, telecommunication systems, disaster recovery planning and programs, data backup and storage solutions, and much more. He has multiple Microsoft certifications and remains dedicated to the pursuit of Information Technology knowledge.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Dan has lived in the Fresno area since he was a young child, and when he’s not working, he enjoys many of the outdoor activities that the region has to offer.

Jerrica's role is to ensure the smooth flow of service issues, from intake to resolution.

She also manages many of our projects, communicating with our clients and internally long the way.

In addition, she also supports client-side hardware and software, answers users’ questions and troubleshoots issues on end user devices.

Lisa is an integral part of the team as the first voice you hear when you call the company.

In addition to her role as the first point of contact, Lisa is also responsible for reconciling the company's accounts receivable and payable. She keeps a watchful eye on the financial operations to ensure that everything is in order.
